End of COVID-19 Emergency – What Physicians Need to Know

Both the State of California and the federal government will be winding down the public health emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic. California’s State of Emergency (SOE) ended Tuesday, February 28, 2023, while the federal public health emergency is scheduled to expire on Thursday, May 11, 2023. CMA has provided a document which  provides information for physicians as they navigate the end of the state’s emergency authority.
