New Technology to Combat the Opioid Crisis

Assemblymember Petrie-Norris and others held a press conference to discuss “new technology designed to combat the opioid crisis”. A new product that is a “small electrical device that provides opioid withdrawal symptom relief in as little as 20 minutes.”  The press conference highlighted the State’s R&D tax credit that encourages tech companies to remain in California and create these types of technologies.
